Role
I am a Finance Business Partner supporting the Business School and the Faculty of Social Sciences in financial matters.
My role includes:
- Developing and managing financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
- Analysing 聽financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Providing financial insights and supporting strategic initiatives and assisting in the development of business cases for new projects and programs.
- Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial metrics.
- Assisting in the monitoring and controlling of costs across departments.
- Ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures.
- Working closely with other finance team members to ensure cohesive and integrated financial management across the university.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
