IT Service Oversight Group
The IT Service Oversight Group meets three times a year (in February, May and October).
Its terms of reference are to assist ITS in achieving excellence in service delivery and valued outcomes for the Sussex community through oversight of performance metrics, provision of feedback, and input into service improvement initiatives.
