Module Outline
This module is the first in our series of four research methods (core) modules. This module primarily focusses on the scientific method: why the scientific method is important, how psychologists conduct sound scientific studies, how we create measurable research questions. Students will also be given opportunities to refine their skills for summarising and visualising data. Ethical issues for conducting experimental research will also be discussed.
