Course learning outcomes
Demonstrate a critical understanding of models of supervision, the core components and their evidence-base.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the core purpose and application of supervision, and the differences between clinical supervision, case management and clinical governance.
Demonstrate a critical understanding of the importance of supervision as a key clinical activity within services which deliver CBT informed interventions.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and practical application of skills in supervision, leadership and support of others practicing CBT/CBT informed interventions.
