Module Outline
This module will explore principles behind communicating about global warming effectively. You will be introduced to a number of psychological models and approaches that, if applied correctly, could enable you to be more effective communicators of global warming issues. The module is expected to develop your understanding of effective science communication and may provide opportunities for honing practical skills of constructing impactful communication messages. You will also develop generalizable skills of problem solving, collaboration, and audience awareness.

Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of contemporary psychological theory and research on communication in relation to global warming.
Demonstrate an ability to apply social psychological theories and research to the context of communicating about global warming.
